We want you and your Shack Fam to love every order! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thescoobieshack.com with your order number and reason for return.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We're happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returned items. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
