At The Scoobie Shack, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our return policy below.

Personalized & Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part.

Non-Personalized Items

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at thescoobieshack@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thescoobieshack@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
